Case Studies – Read each of the ten case studies and interact with the Q&A at the bottom of each.  Click the green “Complete Lesson” button at the bottom of the page to move on to the next module.

Post-Test – Complete the post-test for passing course grade.  Click the green “Complete Lesson” button at the bottom of the page to move on to the next module.

Course Evaluation – Complete a course evaluation by answering each question and pressing the “Submit” button once.  The page will then reload.  Click the green “Complete Lesson” button at the bottom of the page to complete the course and collect your CE certificate.
